Alumni, celebrate the 20th REACH Camp with us on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Are you an alumni volunteer – or family that hasn’t been to camp for a while, and you can’t attend a whole weekend? Dust off your cowboy boots, grab a bandana and reserve your place for an afternoon of Western-themed fun.
We will be hosting a Country Fair and Hoe Down, with an outdoor dinner, followed by campfire. The location, shared once you sign up, is about an hour north of Seattle. Plan to arrive at 2:00pm and stay through campfire if you can. Contact the office for more information: (253) 383-7616.
RSVP here. to let us know you are attending and THEN…

Make sure you complete both links!
If you require overnight accommodation, a limited number of rooms may be available through the camp. If you would like more information, please contact the REACH office.
We would love to have you join us as an intern in the coming months, during summer break, or in the Fall. Would you like to learn more about what we do for families affected by HIV? Would you like to help us get ready for our Labor Day weekend camp? Please get in touch with us, fill out the application form, and get to know us better by reading our newsletters. We look forward to hearing from you soon. https://reachministries.org/Staging/volunteer/reach-intern-application/

Dan and Pat recently visited Spokane to participate in the Partnership in Employment Career Fair. Students from Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga University, Washington State University, and Whitworth University sought out the REACH Ministries table to learn about internship opportunities for year-round and camp positions, as well as volunteering at Camp. It was a successful experience, with nearly twenty sign-ups for further conversation. It looks like a REACH information session/camp training/mentor training is possible for April when REACH staff will be out again to speak during chapel at Moody Bible Institute on the 20th. If you are interested, or know someone in the Spokane area who might like to know more about REACH, please contact us: paskren@REACHministries.org.
We had planned to use the real name and current photo of the REACH young adult highlighted in this article because she was eager to share – without any masks – how REACH has enriched and shaped her life. Unfortunately, because of a recent accidental disclosure in one of our REACH families – and the ensuing fallout – we decided we couldn’t name her publicly in good conscience.
