For 30 years, REACH Ministries has been a safe haven for children, families, and individuals living with HIV. This year, we invite you to celebrate our legacy, recognize our community, and help us continue our mission.

Kick off the evening with an array of gourmet small bites and refreshments, thoughtfully provided through our generous catering partners. Enjoy delicacies like Whiskey-Molasses Smoked Duck Tartlets, Lavender & Blackberry Lamb Lollipops, Mini Crab Cakes, Candied Salmon Skewers, and more! Join us for an inspiring program featuring heartfelt testimonials, guest speakers, and special recognitions as we celebrate 30 years of REACH Ministries. We’ll also focus on breaking myths and misconceptions about HIV, reinforcing our mission, and highlighting the lasting impact of our work. A fundraising appeal will offer attendees the opportunity to support our continued efforts. -

Purpose & Goals: The primary goal of this event is to raise crucial funds to support REACH Ministries’ operating budget. As the organization’s only fundraising event of the year, the funds raised will directly impact on our ability to provide services and programs for those living with HIV. In addition to raising funds, this event will educate attendees, helping to combat HIV misinformation and stigma. It will also foster stronger relationships within the community and inspire continued support for the work REACH does in the years ahead.

Your sponsorship will directly support our mission, helping children, families, and individuals living with HIV receive the support they need.
Projected attendance
We are planning for 150-200 guests. Prior years’ guests included leaders and families from 20
prominent businesses, 14 churches, and 10 civic or nonprofit organizations from throughout the
Puget Sound.

“Trust Builder” Sponsor – $2,500

At $5,000 or above, we recognize sponsors with a program insert, provided by the sponsor, if
desired.
